Browsers - Should work OK in all browsers but some of bits of the site may be displayed slightly differently. The site is best viewed using Firefox. Some browsers map require plugins to hear the streaming radio.
Internet connection - occasionally my connection drops out and takes ages to reconnect - this causes a temporary loss of DSC, webcam and radio.
Webcams - Occasionally the webcams do not upload properly. It normally clears its self on the next update or two. Try clicking on ‘refresh’ if you see an error page. Occasionally the cat may rub up the focus control of the Shipcam or move the cameras so if it looks dodgy please let me know. In winter I get condensation on the outside of the window early in the morning and I have have to clear it manually when I get up. When it rains I am not always here to wipe the window. Occasionally the picture is all grey - this is probably fog - often occurs in springtime and autumn.
Live Radio - The flash player is generated via the streaming server and occasionally does not work. Unfortunately this is beyond my control but it normally returns to normal in a day or two. Occasionally you may hear some beeping in the background on server 2. This is due the local oscillator interference from the other scanner.
Bear in mind this is a hobby site and I cannot guarantee site availability. I post known server issues on the message board but please phone me if something is not working properly.
